Captions and hashtags
Three caption lengths for one post, plus tags that actually fit.

The post: describe the image or video and the point of it. Platform: where. Audience: who.
Write three captions: one punchy line, a medium one of three or four lines ending in a question, and a short story version. Match the platform's conventions on length and line breaks.
Then suggest ten hashtags — three broad, four specific to the niche, three small enough that a post can actually surface in them — and say which to drop if the platform penalises volume.
