Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and KoshHQ, operated by the KoshHQ team. By creating an account or using the site, you accept them.

Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them current.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.
One account per person. Don't share your login.
You must be 18 or older.

Free and Premium

Some prompts are free to everyone. Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks premium prompts, in-place editing of prompts, saved versions and example outputs.

The price and billing period are shown on the upgrade page before you pay.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We don't see or store your card details.
We may change the price, giving at least 30 days' notice by email before it affects you.

Refunds

If Premium isn't what you expected, email hello@koshhq.com within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it. Renewals after that period are non-refundable, though you can cancel to prevent the next one.

How you may use our prompts

You may use any prompt you have access to for your own purposes, personal or commercial — run it, adapt it, and use whatever the AI produces. That's the point of the library.

You may not:

Republish, resell or redistribute our prompt library, or a substantial part of it, as your own product or collection.
Share your account so others can reach premium content.
Scrape or bulk-download the library.

Content you create

Versions of prompts you save remain yours. We store them so we can show them back to you, and we don't publish them or use them in our own library.

Acceptable use

Don't use KoshHQ to:

Break the law, or help anyone else do so.
Attack, overload or probe the service or its infrastructure.
Attempt to reach data belonging to other members.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things, without a refund where the breach is serious.

Availability

We aim to keep the site running but don't promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Premium altogether, we'll refund the unused portion of your current period.

No guarantee of results

Prompts are provided as-is. AI output varies between models and runs, and we can't promise a prompt will produce any particular result. Nothing here is professional advice — review AI output before relying on it, particularly for legal, medical or financial matters.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data arising from your use of the site. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time — email hello@koshhq.com. We may close accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we'll update the date above and tell you by email where appropriate. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
