Examine it through five lenses: the expected value of each option; which doors close and which stay open; what I'd regret in ten years; the strongest case against my instinct, argued properly; and the base rate — how choices like this usually turn out for people in my position.
Finish with a recommendation, the condition that should make me revisit it, and what information would change your answer most.
