Follow-up sequence that isn't nagging

Four messages that add something each time instead of "checking in".

Updated Jul 26, 2026

Write a four-message follow-up sequence for someone who went quiet after a demo / didn't reply to a proposal / said "not right now". Context: what happened, what they seemed to care about. Send on days 3, 7, 14 and 21. Each under 70 words. Each must add one new thing — a relevant example, a resource, a question, a change on my side — rather than asking for a reply. Vary the angle so it doesn't read as one person nagging. The last one should make it easy for them to say no gracefully. Those get replies more often than the reminders do.
