Cold email worth replying to

Short outreach built on one specific observation about them.

Updated Jul 26, 2026

Write a cold email. What I offer: what you sell and the outcome. Who I'm writing to: role at type of company. The specific thing I noticed about them: a hire, a launch, a post, a job ad — be concrete. My proof: client result, relevant experience, or nothing yet. Under 90 words. Subject line under five words. Open by referencing the specific thing — not "I hope this finds you well". One sentence on the problem, one on proof, then a question that's easy to answer with a yes or no. Give three subject lines and mark the one you'd send. Then tell me what in my brief is too vague to write a good email from.
