Find the barriers in a design before your users do.

Check this for accessibility: [describe the screen or component, including colours, text sizes, and how it's operated]. Look at: colour contrast against WCAG AA with actual ratios, whether anything relies on colour alone, text size and line length, touch target sizes, keyboard operation and focus order, what a screen reader would announce, and whether motion could be a problem. List issues by severity with a concrete fix each. Be specific about which users are affected and how — "fails contrast" is less useful than "someone reading on a phone outdoors will lose the label entirely".
